Your Roadmap to Career Confidence
The Career StartUp is a 10-step program that includes up to 12 hours of coaching.
It is designed to be completed over the course of 90 days, with weekly meetings to ensure steady progress and continuous support. This pace allows you to thoroughly engage with each step, apply what you learn, and make meaningful strides toward your job search success.
However, given that every situation is unique, we can flex the schedule to better fit your individual needs and circumstances.
In addition to the full program, I also offer individualized coaching on an hourly basis for those who prefer a more flexible approach or need support with a specific part of their search.
The Full 10 Step Program Includes:

Career Compass
You will begin your journey by completing an inventory of your personal goals, values, and interests, linking them to your career aspirations. This foundational step ensures that your career path aligns with who you are and what you value most.
Step 2
Financial Reality Check
You’ll map your monthly income and expenses – for your eyes only – to get a clear picture of your current financial reality. This step helps you create a realistic financial plan, ensuring your career choices support your financial goals and well-being.
Step 3
Type Finder Assessment
This exercise helps you understand your unique personality profile, including how you get your energy, gather information, make decisions, and live your life. This insight is crucial for charting a path to a rewarding career.
Step 4
Career Profile Assessment
This exercise helps identify careers that align best with your strengths, motivations, and natural preferences. It helps create greater career focus and ensures that your work feels authentic and fulfilling.
Step 5
Career Roadmap
We will review a list of over 500 possible career paths, eliminating all those that don’t interest you. This process narrows down your options, allowing you to focus your career search effectively.
Step 6
Professional Branding
We will create or update your resume, cover letter, and social media presence in a way that showcases your skills, interests, and qualifications, making you stand out to potential employers.
Step 7
Job Search Organization
I will share tools and strategies for keeping track of your job search activities and follow-up. This step ensures you stay organized and efficient throughout your job search process.
Step 8
Networking
You’ll learn how to build and leverage your network of friends, family, and professional colleagues who can help you expand your network and uncover new opportunities in the hidden job market.
Step 9
Interview Success
We’ll discuss interview strategies and review common interview questions to help you shape your past experiences, skills, and development goals into compelling responses that position you for success.

Onboarding Support
Once you receive an employment offer, I will help you review the offer and support your transition into your new role.
